Staff organized a fantastic cooking class, making our stay nice. The room's drainage could be improved.

Reasonably large and beautifully designed unit with a perfect decor. Local dishes, very central location near to all atractions in Hanoi. Based so close to cafes, food and lake as well as Hoan Kiem Lake and the Old Quarter.

The rooftop breakfast view is to die for 😍 Plus, our Executive Suite was spacious with a comfy bed. The rooms felt a bit outdated, needing some TLC 🤔

I was here for 4 days and would return there. The room was extremely spacious and huge, had a mini bar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and climate control. The location was marvellous, you can visit a majestic church by walking. The area was pretty comfortable, an interesting place for me...

A balcony offers a nice view, perfect for enjoying a drink after a long day. The room feltvery comfy and tidy.

Water pressure varied greatly. One night cold water only, and the next morning no water at all. Breakfast options are limited compared to nearby local eateries, not worth sticking around for. The air conditioning struggled to keep up during peak summer, requiring a low setting to stay somewhat cool.

Our two-night escape in the Executive Suite with Balcony was good! Waking up to the view was lovely. The staff was eager to help with great local tips. Don't miss out on the breakfast buffet. It's decent and offers a good start to your day.

Couple's Dream Getaway

We liked it so much we stayed here 2 times! The rooms are clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and has everything we needed. The beds are so comfortable. The rooftop breakfast was a bonus, with a lovely view. It was like waking up on top of the world.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but for the experience, it was totally acceptable.

The staff were attentive. The comfortable room had a lovely balcony with a peek-a-boo view of the lake.

I had a great couple of nights at san boutique hotel & travel. The location was perfect, just a block from the lake, and the staff went out of their way to help us, especially with our last-minute transport issues. The breakfast was decent, with a good view from the rooftop.

The location is prime, just steps away from the lake yet tucked on a calm side street, awesome for restful evenings after a day of exploring. The staff were genuinely friendly, consistently checking in on us and offering thoughtful recommendations. The breakfast was enjoyable, with some local smoked meat that added a nice touch to our mornings. The air conditioning struggled a bit during the hot days, and more variety at breakfast could enhance the experience significantly.
